BOARI FLAP WITH PSOAS HITCH

Boari flap can bridge 10-15 cm defect of lower ureter with ease..

Boari flap was described in 1894.

The base of the flap should be at 4 cm wide and the tip of the flap 3 cm wide

The flap is fixed to the psoas major muscle.

Ureteroneocystotomy is completed....etc.
