RENAL CELL CANCERR.A.S. HEMAT, MB;Ch, FRCSI, DUL Flank mass, gross haematuria and flank or abdominal pain are a late manifestation of RCC. Renin and erythopoietin may be used as tumor markers. Metastatic lesion to the lung could multiple nodules or less frequently solitary nodule. Metastases have a tendency to bleed.
